In the research, it was tried to reveal the problems Syrian refugee children experience in the field of education from their language. Again, taking advantage of their statements, solutions to the problems of Syrian refugee children in the field of education were suggested. Situation analysis design, which is one of the qualitative research methods in the research; a structured interview form was used based on this. The study group of the research consists of Syrian students who are under temporary protection in Muş province and children who do not go to school. Interviews were conducted with 24 children provided that they had at least one parent with them. According to the results of the research, 15 of the children are boys and 9 are girls. 10 of the children attend school, 14 of them do not. Only 1 of the continuing students is a girl. Financial insufficiency is one of the main reasons for not attending school. Students who went to school had problems in following distance education during the Kovid-19 process. Only 1 student was able to follow the distance education to a great extent, 7 students could enter at least once, and 2 students could not follow the distance education at all. Some of the students who go to school go to school irregularly. In order for Syrian children to benefit more from their right to education, activities such as providing tools and equipment, providing guidance services, informing parents about the right to education, ensuring active participation of parents in social and economic life were proposed.
